Essential Information
How to book?
Our dedicated team of Spa Booking Consultants are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, and at the weekend from 10am to 6pm to help you with your enquiries – you can contact us on 01623 821 033 or if once at the Hotel on extension 1033. We do strongly recommend that you book treatments in advance of your arrival to avoid disappoint. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my appointment?
As a courtesy to other guests and our Therapists, please give us at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel a treatment. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if less than 72 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged 100% cancellation fee. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are also subject to our Cancellation Policy.

What to bring?
For your time in World Spa we provide you with a luxury bathrobe, towel and slippers, but you will need to bring swimwear that must be worn at all times. In order for us to give all guests a private, safe, healthy and peaceful experience, we request that you do not use videos, cameras, mobile phones or personal stereos during your time in the Spa.

Are there changing rooms?
Our Changing facilities are equipped with showers, lockers, toiletries, hairdryers and hair straighteners.

Are there other safety considerations?
Due to the wet flooring, you need to take extra care while in the changing rooms and World Spa facilities. Please speak to a member of the team before booking if you are concerned about the wet floor environment. We also advise that no jewellery is worn whilst in the Spa.

Contraindications - Are there any medical aspects I should consider?
If you have any questions regarding your personal health please contact us in advance of your stay. However, if you suffer with any of the following you will need to provide a Doctor’s certificate to be able to proceed with any treatment.
- If you have cancer or currently receiving radi therapy or chemotherapy for treatment of cancer
- If you have had surgery within the last 12 weeks
- If you have suffered from heart or circulation problems
- If you have had a deep vein thrombosis
- If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma
- If you have any metal plates or pins
- If you have any joint, tendon or back problems
- If you have any infections, wounds, skin diseases or disorders
- If you have thyroid problems
- If you are on medication or under medical supervision
If you are thinking of visiting us during pregnancy, please consult your Doctor before booking your any treatments.

Can I use the World Spa without booking a break?
